  My elderly relative is a patient at Einstein Community Practice. It is extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone for assistance or support. I've tried to help on several occasions and all calls go to voicemail. Whike it's understandable that the center is staffed by residents, these residents change constantly. How does one advocate for good care for a relative when no one will respond? I tried the patient advocate and even had to leave a voicemail there. It wouldn't be fair for me to rate the quality of care but it is definitely frustrating when you can't talk to anyone. Once, I drove to the practice from work just to try to talk to someone. There is obviously a need in the community for this practice, why won't they make it easier for the patients and concerned family members by staffing the office so that someone can adequately address phone calls.
